CEE MARKET ENTRY, BUILT AROUND COMMERCIAL REALITY.
LAUNCH. SELL. SCALE.
Expand into CEE with evidence, not assumptions.
Central & Eastern Europe offers meaningful growth—but it does not behave like one homogeneous market. CEE Growth Partners helps international companies in media, AdTech, MarTech and e-commerce choose where to enter, validate how to win and build the first commercial motion without hiring a regional team too early.

WHY CEE
Regional scale. Local buying reality.
A strategy that works in the UK, DACH or the US rarely transfers unchanged across Poland, Czechia, Romania and Hungary. Buyer priorities, agency structures, partner ecosystems, pricing expectations and routes to market differ. We identify what should be centralised across CEE—and what must remain local.

Diagnose

02
Prioritise

03

SERVICES
Six focused ways to move forward.
01 / OPPORTUNITY
CEE Opportunity Scan
Choose where to look before you commit.
A five-business-day comparison of 3–4 CEE markets for one product and customer segment. You receive a ranked shortlist, evidence gaps and a Go / Test / Wait recommendation.
Best when the first country is still unclear.
Compare my markets →
02 / MARKET ENTRY
CEE Market Entry Sprint
Turn one market hypothesis into a 90-day plan.
In 15 business days, define the ICP, map 30–50 target accounts and 10–15 potential partners, test route-to-market assumptions and make an explicit Go / No-Go decision.
Best when one country is already the likely priority.
Build my market-entry plan →
03 / VALIDATION
CEE Buyer Validation Sprint
Hear the market before you hire for it.
Recruit and interview priority buyers to test urgency, messaging, objections, buying process and willingness to engage. Finish with a Go / Adjust / Stop decision.
Best before committing headcount or launch spend.
Validate buyer demand →
04 / PARTNERS
CEE Partner Search & Activation
Find the partners that can actually move the market.
Map the ecosystem, qualify priority organisations, sharpen the partner proposition and run a targeted engagement programme.
Best when agencies, resellers, retailers, publishers or platforms are central to the route to market.
Build my partner pipeline →
05 / LAUNCH
CEE Launch Pilot
Run a controlled 90-day commercial test.
Translate a validated thesis into named-account activity, senior outreach, partner development, weekly learning and a scale / adjust / stop decision.
Best when leadership is ready to test—not yet ready to build a full local team.
Plan a launch pilot →
06 / ONGOING
Ongoing CEE Growth Support
Add senior regional ownership without hiring too early.
Choose Fractional CEE Growth Leadership for strategy, governance and team alignment, or CEE Business Development for focused hands-on pipeline development.

WHO WE HELP
Built for companies with a proven product—and an unresolved CEE question.
International companies in media, AdTech, MarTech and e-commerce; proven traction in Western Europe, the US or another developed market; limited CEE structure or a fragmented regional approach; a product that requires local selling, partnerships or market knowledge; and a CEO, CRO or international leader who needs a decision—not a generic report.
NOT THE RIGHT FIT
When CEE is only a vague future idea with no sponsor or timing; product has not yet proven demand in any core market; the brief expects guaranteed meetings or revenue; or the company wants high-volume lead generation instead of senior market-entry work.
